Offsite prefabrication

Built in the shop. Installed in hours.

Conduit assemblies are engineered from the drawings, built and checked in our yard, then delivered to site ready to set. On the Long Beach Supercharger, every conduit for the main switchboard and all 8 power cabinets went in as one rack, in one pick.

STEP 1

Engineering and layout

Assemblies laid out from the plan set: spacing, bends and stub-up locations for every piece of gear.

STEP 2

Shop fabrication

Racks built on level ground by our crews, not in a trench.

STEP 3

QA/QC inspection

Every assembly checked against the drawings and stamped before it leaves the yard.

STEP 4

Delivery and install

Set in place with our own equipment, then backfilled.
